Description
IGF-1 LR3 injection is administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly, which is mainly used to enhance muscle growth, accelerate tissue repair, improve metabolic function and anti-aging. Its mechanism of action is similar to natural IGF-1, but its longer effects give it unique advantages in clinical science and sports. By binding to the IGF-1 receptor (IGF1R) on the cell surface, it activates the downstream PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. This pathway is the main regulatory network of cell growth, proliferation and metabolism, which increases the translocation of glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) to the cell membrane and increases glucose uptake and utilization. At the same time, it inhibits gluconeogenesis and reduces blood sugar levels. It also directly stimulates protein synthesis, prevents protein breakdown, and promotes muscle cell hypertrophy and proliferation. By upregulating Cyclin D1 and downregulating Cyclin p21, it accelerates cell division and regeneration.
